At Particular Pots, we offer free shipping worldwide.
We offer free shipping to the UK due to shipping directly from our trusted manufacturers overseas. Shipping times can take a little longer when coming from worldwide suppliers, but bear with us, these particular products are worth the wait!
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the order, which takes an additional 2-4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our suppliers warehouses to the destination. Delivery usually takes about 15–30 days. The majority of orders are delivered within 20 days but can take longer from time to time.
From placing an order to the order being delivered to the customer can occasionally take up to 40 days. As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

If you wish to return an item please contact info@particularpots.com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to resolve any problems you may have with your items. If these problems can not be resolved, we will then look to refund you or replace your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used and/or tags removed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
