At Particular Pots, we offer free shipping worldwide.
We offer free shipping due to shipping directly from our trusted manufacturers overseas. Shipping times can take a little longer when coming from worldwide suppliers, but bear with us, these particular products are worth the wait!
Due to current demand, orders will typically be delivered in 10-20 business days after being dispatched, to:

Orders to the rest of the world take anywhere from 10-20 business days to arrive.

All of our parcels are tracked and we will send you an email containing a tracking number once the product has been dispatched from our manufacturer.
Please note: due to COVID-19, order deliveries are typically delayed an additional 5-10 business days. Very occasionally taking up to 40 days.
The time frame for order delivery is split into two processes.
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the order, which takes an additional 1-3 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our suppliers warehouses to the destination. Delivery usually takes about 10–20 days. The majority of orders are delivered within 20 days but can take longer from time to time.
As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
Please note as our items are shipped from outside of the UK, they may on occasion be subject to import duties, customs charges and taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.
